Unknown Mortal Orchestra Multi-Love video. Created by Lionel Vinyl Williams.

Psychedelic R&B outfit Unknown Mortal Orchestra has shared the video for the title-track of their upcoming third LP Multi-Love. The bizarre inter-dimensional video, created by multimedia artist and musician Lionel “Vinyl” Williams, is also available as an interactive video game. Download the app—available for Mac, PC, and Unityto voyage through the digital odyssey of “Multi-Love.”

In a press release, Williams said the video “is meant to represent the vacuum of space by impressing upon inter-dimensional unfolding, immaterial objects, and time-driven reverberation of events. The virtual space allows for most 3D objects to trail in time—based on the directions one moves. You can construct & paint the objects in space to stretch them in any direction, to create infinitely vast compositional spaces.”
