By now, Panda Bear is probably on his way out to the desert, where he’s about to get set for two straight weekends of Coachella-ing, but as a little pre-game pep talk, he’s just shared the music video for the Panda Bear Meets The Grim Reaper standout track “Tropic of Cancer.”

Previously, ambitious videos were released for “Mr. Noah” and “Boys Latin,” one being a dizzying trip through alleyways and the other, a colorful journey resulting in some sort of disease. Those worlds appear to have merged in a sense this time around, with fellow Animal Collective member Dave Portner (a.k.a. Avey Tare) directing the six-minute video, which can only be described as a soothing visual chronicle of a psychedelic bear cult in the midst of training a guard dog. Or something. You ever see the remake of The Wicker Man? Same vibe.
