Shaky Knees festival 2015

For the third year, Shaky Knees Music Festival will take place in Atlanta’s Central Park—a serene expanse of grassy knolls and wide open space amid the hustle and bustle that is the state’s biggest city. May 8 through May 10, this small slice of tranquility will host leading names like The Mountain Goats, Interpol, Viet Cong, Best Coast, and Minus The Bear.

A month after the first lineup was revealed, Shaky Knees has officially divulged that now seasoned rock group Ride, folk rock notables John Grant and Kevin Devine, raw indie vocalist/guitarist Mitski, and alternative rock band Hey Rosetta! will also be performing throughout the three days of music mayhem. Yet the surprises don’t stop there, as Shaky Knees released tickets and locations for festival artist performances at venues all around Atlanta to keep the beat grooving through the night hours after the daytime sets are finished. Artists like Portugal. The Man, James Blake and Milky Chance will play at stages including Terminal West, Masquerade, and The Earl, and proceeds from each ticket sold will benefit the Songs For Kids Foundation.
