Made up of two Bay Area transplants, Bouquet is a gentle LA psych-folk project fresh off its first release last March—the lovely In A Dream EP. Comprised of Max Foreman and solid-contender-for-best-name-in-indie-rock Carolyn Pennypacker Riggs, the group functions like a melancholy urban soundtrack, setting the stage perfectly for the new music video for “Over Mountains.”
Presented without any editing tricks, the video (directed by Courtenay Johnson) is a straight tracking shot of a projection against a suburban hillside, the band flickering in and out of view while performing the tune.
