In the ten years that have passed since New Order last released new music, the downtrodden dance music that they helped to invent in the ’80s has re-shaped both indie rock and the mainstream. Now, the seminal British group have returned with Music Complete, their first album since 2005’s Waiting for the Siren’s Call.

Music Complete is also the first New Order album to not feature Peter Hook; the inimitable bassist, whose lithe lines defined the band’s sound on hits like “Temptation” and “Ceremony,” left the band in 2007 and was replaced by Tom Chapman.

Music Complete will be out on September 25, but you can hear lead single “Restless”—and see the album’s track list—below.
