2015. Mindy Kaling burger at Umami.

Mindy Kaling has already solidified her sweet spot in television history thanks to The Mindy Project, The Office, and being one of Conan O’Brien’s interns, but now the multi-talented actress can add burger designer to her already stuffed resume. Los Angeles–based restaurant chain Umami Burger has announced that it will be immortalizing Kaling in sandwich form with a brand-new creation simply called “The Mindy Kaling Burger.”

Available for only a limited time—as part of the restaurant’s Artist Series, which has featured Chef Jose Andres and The Black Keys in the past—The Mindy Kaling Burger will be available at all participating Umami locations across the country. The sandwich is made of “Umami’s Signature Beef,” Cali Cheese, Sriracha aioli, pickled jalapeños, and onion rings.

If the description of the burger, which Kaling herself describes as “spicy and cheesy” (just like herself), isn’t enough to get your mouth watering, maybe helping people in need will tip you over the edge. A dollar from every burger sold (which cost thirteen bucks) will go to help the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. Since her mother’s passing due to pancreatic cancer in 2012, Kaling has worked closely with the organization, which not only helps families living with the disease, but strives to find a cure through research.
