Summer might be ending soon, but the fall music game is definitely heating up. This morning, The Dead Weather unveiled a brand-new track from Dodge and Burn, their upcoming full-length being released in exactly two weeks.

While we already know a third of Dodge and Burn—songs that were previously released as seven-inches—”Cop and Go” lets fans dig a little bit deeper into the group’s fresh material. As always, maestro Jack White‘s sonic fingerprints are all over “Cop and Go”—seen best within the track’s rough and bluesy guitar and bass riffs, efficient and effective percussion, and Alison Mosshart’s confident, shrieking vocals.

In anticipation for the quickly approaching release of Dodge and Burn, The Dead Weather will perform on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Monday, September 14.

Dodge and Burn is due out on September 25 via Third Man Records.
