Hey LA! Love, the latest film from Argentinian director Gaspar Noé, is a sexually provocative drama about a young American in Paris who falls into a passionate relationship with a French woman. Shot in 3D, Love follows the amour fou of the duo as they invite a third party to join them.

Noé, who also wrote the film, says that it was made to “transcend the ridiculous division that dictates no normal film can contain overtly erotic scenes, even though everyone loves to make love.” The Ace Hotel DTLA will be screening a special 3D viewing of the film on Tuesday, November 20 at 8 p.m., and Noé himself—along with actor Karl Glusman—will be on hand for a post-film conversation with KCRW’s Elvis Mitchell. Tickets are available for $20 at the door, but you can RSVP below for free entry.
