Jimmy Fallon theme park announcement

Last night, Jimmy Fallon announced that Universal Studios Orlando is working on a new ride based on The Tonight Show. Presumably because the theme park giant doesn’t want to give Six Flags any ideas for its Colbert Coaster, details are scarce: Fallon was only able to say the name of the ride—Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon—and hinted that water might be involved in some way.

Still, we can’t help but wonder what a Jimmy Fallon theme-park ride will be like. Will it freak itself out halfway through and have to stop? Will it be able to imitate classic theme-park rides of the past to an uncanny degree? Will The Roots be involved? (That one we actually do know the answer to—yes.)

Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon at Universal Studios Orlando doesn’t open until summer 2017, but we’re sure that somewhere in Memphis, Justin Timberlake is already packing his bags.
