Grace Mitchell‘s been busy. The rising pop star from Portland just relocated to Los Angeles, then travelled across the pond to open for The Weeknd, stopped in Brooklyn on her way home to play FLOODFest, and now is preparing to play with Miguel on November 9 in Lexington, Kentucky.
In the midst of all that, she somehow found time to put together a video for “NOLO,” from her EP Raceday. Rather than jam together a bunch of random stills and system fonts, Mitchell’s video builds and deconstructs itself out of vintage video game titles. Prep for the kill screen and check it out below.
