Ever wanted to peek into the world of a band on the rise as they record an album? Look no further than Burnt Palms‘ brand-new music video for “Last Time,” a track off of their upcoming third LP Back on My Wall, which FLOOD has the pleasure of premiering for you today.
Be a fly on the wall as the Seaside, California, quartet (Christina Riley, Clara Nieto, Brian Dela Cruz, and Joshua Vazquez) run through the fuzz and harmony-filled song. Burnt Palms has recently cited influences like Heavenly and All Girl Summer Fun Band as impacting their follow up to The Girl You Knew, but “Last Time” is more reminiscent of early Best Coast jams (except, you know, without the beach).
