René Kladzyk is one of those artists who does a whole lot more than music, but these days, that’s just part of the job, isn’t it? Using the moniker of Ziemba, Kladzyk is now taking a deeper plunge into the musical slice of her artistic career, planning to release her first full-length release Hope Is Never on June 24.
The track “With the Fire” is the centerpiece on the album, and is a good place for you to start with her if you’re not yet familiar: expansive, thoughtful pop with careful, mid-sized orchestration. Thematically, the song deals with the feelings of returning home again, whether it be far too from what you remember—or far too close.
