Flying Lotus is really letting his morbid streak show right now; from his latest album’s haunting title (You’re Dead!) to the music video for Never Catch Me,” which featured a pair of kids rising up from their caskets and coming back to life, FlyLo’s fixation on mortality is playing a big part in his new music. His latest video for “Ready Err Not” takes that obsession to the next cartoonishly grotesque level.

The animated video directed by David Firth (of “Salad Fingers” fame) is filled with more grime and guts than a haunted house—an animated Flying Lotus is beheaded by malformed monstrosities and the rest is just an orgy of blood, intestines, cockroaches, and eyeballs. If you’re at all squeamish then mentally prepare yourself for three minutes of potentially nightmare-inducing images.
