Tall Juan’s latest video is about as long as he is short, which is to say not very long at all.
For a Tall Juan, a short video. We’ve made no secret of our love for the New York–based musician and former co-member of The Beets with his fellow (presumably shorter) Juan, Juan Wauters. Today we’re pleased to premiere the video for “Cuida Coches,” a ninety-second scorcher from May’s Olden Goldies that the Argentinian TJ sings in his native Spanish. Amusingly, the handpainted video—directed by Dante Zaballa—also crams in a brief, cough-filled opening passage before giving way to Juan’s strumming and spring-back vocals.
