Flying Lotus season is coming.

The Los Angeles producer and Brainfeeder label visionary is set to return with Flamagra, his sixth studio full-length. It will follow FlyLo’s Grammy-nominated 2014 concept album, You’re Dead.

The new LP comes after a flurry of activity from Flying Lotus in the interim, including working with Kendrick Lamar and Thundercat, as well as producing the mind-melting Kuso movie.

For Flamagra, the artist born Steven Ellison delves even deeper into his signature fusion of jazz, funk, hip-hop, and beyond.

“I’d been working on stuff for the past five years, but it was always all over the place. I’d always had this thematic idea in mind—a lingering concept about fire, an eternal flame sitting on a hill,” Flying Lotus said in a press statement. “Some people love it, some people hate it. Some people would go on dates there and some people would burn love letters in the fire.”

The album comes with a host of intriguing features, including Anderson .Paak, George Clinton, Little Dragon, Tierra Whack, Denzel Curry, David Lynch, Shabazz Palaces, Thundercat, Toro y Moi, Solange, and more.

Flamagra is set to debut on May 24 via Warp Records.
