Treasure Island Music Festival, we hardly knew ye. The Bay Area indie fest has announced that it’s going on hiatus for 2019 and beyond. Originally launched in 2007, the event scheduled for 2019 has been officially cancelled, with organizers revealing that it may now be gone for good.

The announcement follows Treasure Island having already taken 2017 off, due to the original location on the artificial San Francisco isle falling through. The show returned last year in a new spot—Middle Harbor Shoreline Park in Oakland—and with a strong lineup headlined by Tame Impala and A$AP Rocky.

“It is with heavy hearts that we are announcing today that the 2019 festival will not happen and is on hiatus for the foreseeable future,” began the statement posted to the Treasure Island site today. “Bringing the festival back to life last year following the relocation was a massive undertaking, but with the new issues facing the site location, we feel strongly as though putting on a festival to the degree for which our fans have come to expect over the past decade is simply not possible.”
