White Reaper have just announced a new album, You Deserve Love, their first for Elektra Records. The Louisville, Kentucky rockers also shared single “1F,” plus a corresponding video directed by Mason Mercer. Following their last record, 2017’s The World’s Best American Band, the forthcoming Love was recorded with producer Jay Joyce in Nashville, Tennessee. The album cover art (see it below) features an Earth shaped like a giant heart.

Of the record title, vocalist/guitarist Tony Esposito shared how it came from a note on bassist Sam Wilkerson’s phone:He had written things down he thought might be good album titles, and we were all sitting around at a bar in Nashville after we had just finished recording, vexing about what we were going to call the album,” Esposito recalls. “I started reading them aloud at the bar, and everyone stopped me at You Deserve Love. I think it’s cool, because it’s true for everybody. I think it’s what everybody needs to hear.”

“1F,” the album’s third single following “Real Long Time” and “Might Be Right,” begins with a clock chiming ominously, and goes on to describe a lover who delights in traveling with her man—as long as he makes sure “no one scratches her car.” Watch the video below.

You Deserve Love is out October 18 via Elektra. Pre-order it here. For tour dates and tickets, see below or go here
