There will be blood. One thing’s for certain, judging by the first trailer for the fourth and final season of USA Network’s Mr. Robot: fans can expect a seriously red Christmas. The clip is set during the holiday season, complete with a solemn take on “Silent Night” serving as the soundtrack.
Mr. Robot returns on Sunday, October 6, for the first of thirteen episodes—making it the longest season in the history of the show. In the ominous trailer, Academy Award–winner Rami Malek delivers a cryptic and foreboding message: “If you go down this path, it’ll never end,” the series’ star says in voiceover. “It will always be something else. Another symbol to destroy, more people to save. This is an endless war. What you’re about to do is crossing a line.”
