While we’re still waiting to hear that Flatbush Zombies collab, Nick Cave is getting ready for a North American tour that’s equally unconventional. While his shows with the Bad Seeds are something of a religious experience, Cave is stepping out of the spotlight to open up his latest handful of dates to full-on “unfiltered, unscripted, and unmoderated” Q&A seshes, along with solo performances of his most beloved tracks played on piano.

What he calls “an exercise in connectivity,” Cave encourages his audiences to make their shared space as vulnerable as possible. “I thought that a direct conversation with the audience might be valuable,” he notes in a press release. “In the recent live shows we have all shown a kind of willingness to open up.”
