Cherry Glazerr may have released Stuffed & Ready way back in February, but the album’s songs still appear to be evolving. Thanks to multi-talented comedian Reggie Watts, lead single “Daddi,” in particular, has undergone a particularly synthy makeover, mutating the raging, guitar-driven anthem into something considerably more danceable.

Re-enlisting Watts for their network TV debut on The Late Late Show with James Corden—which conveniently features Reggie as bandleader—the LA trio tore through a version of “Daddi” sharing more in common with the remix than the original, frontwoman Clementine Creevy ditching her guitar entirely midway through the disco ball–aided set.

In addition to the performance, Glazerr are gearing up to share their first new original single since Stuffed on August 1, a collaborative track called “Call Me” recorded with the suddenly ubiquitous Portugal. The Man. In support of the track, the two bands will be managing a fashion pop-up at LA’s Fred Segal inspired by the song.

Catch the Corden performance below, and keep your eyes peeled for DJs Creevy and Portugal. on Sunset Blvd next week.
