The Swedish folk duo First Aid Kit stopped by a radio station called Musikhjälpen to join Marja Francis for a performance of Roxette’s “It Must Have Been Love” in honor of the late Marie Fredriksson, who passed away earlier this week at the age of sixty-one.

Of the cover, First Aid Kit shared, “We wanted to perform this song as a tribute to Marie and her magic. Tack för allt Marie. ❤️?.”

Fredriksson was the lead singer of Roxette, a Swedish pop duo who garnered fame in the ’80s and ’90s. “It Must Have Been Love” is the melancholy though eternally iconic love ballad used in films like Pretty Woman, and it was the band’s third #1 on the Hot 100 when it came out in 1990.
