JARV IS…, the group featuring Jarvis Cocker, Serafina Steer, Emma Smith, Andrew McKinney, Jason Buckle, and Adam Betts, have announced their debut album Beyond the Pale, to be released on May 1 via Rough Trade Records. This marks the first original music from Jarvis Cocker since his Further Complications album of 2009. The band released their first single off the new album, “Must I Evolve?”, back in May 2019.

Today, you can hear a new track off the album, “House Music All Night Long.” It’s a Cure-adjacent spooky club-appropriate song complete with trippy visuals (at one point, the miniature band members appear to be performing on top of…refrigerator shelves?); “I was listening to house music all night long, and all day too,” Cocker drawls. Sounds like quite a party.

Watch the video and check out the band’s tour dates below. Cocker is also releasing a new book, This Book Is a Song, on October 1st. You can pre-order that here.
