Last December, Gallery1988 in Los Angeles held the third annual Thirty Three and a Third exhibition, in which artists recreated the artwork of preexisting albums. As part of the exhibition, they asked a number of bands to take a shot at covering classic songs, and the results were released as a box set collection of 7″s.
The LA art-punk duo No Age took a shot at Black Flag’s booze anthem “Six Pack.” It’s delightfully destructive in all the ways you’d expect.
