Björk is back with a music video that finds her in a more-than-human mood. “Losss,” off her most recent full-length Utopia, has a new mind-melting digital riot of a visual, courtesy of artist Tobias Gremmler. Here, Björk morphs into a series of disarmingly realistic alien and bug-like creatures, competing with some of Hollywood’s best for digital realization.

“No one captures digital sensuality like him, elegant and expressive!” Björk said in a press statement of collaborator Gremmler. “This is made for the multiple screens of Cornucopia and we share it all here on one for your laptop screen… We based the visuals on the conversations between our inner optimist and pessimist. When I recorded this I tried to sing in a deeper tone for one of them in the left speaker and a higher optimist in the right. And if you listen on headphones it will match the imagery…” Watch the clip below.

Cornucopia is the name of Björk’s current world tour, which has expanded as of today’s announcement. The closest she’ll come to America is a series of dates in Mexico City later this month. See the full itinerary below.
