South Carolina's High Water Festival is returning to North Charleston's Riverfront Park on April 15 and 16 next year. Curated by musical duo Shovels & Rope, the festival will host Beck, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, and Wilco as the year's headliners.
Other major acts performing in 2023 include Bleachers, Father John Misty, Big Boi, Orville Peck, Angel Olsen, Guster, Lucius, Sierra Ferrell, Wilder Woods, Bully, Ezra Furman, S.G. Goodman, Black Opry Revue, Madi Diaz, Tre Burt, Kyshona, She Returns From War, and, of course, Shovels & Rope.
