On February 3, Australian songwriter Shannon Busch will unveil her debut collection of songs as WILSN, with Those Days Are Over primed to introduce the world to the singer’s powerful vocals previewed on a few of the record’s already-released cuts such as “Tell Me” and “Hurts So Bad,” the latter a collaboration with The Teskey Brothers’ Josh Teskey.
Busch brought both songs to a recent “Neighborhoods” session, which she filmed outside of The Aviary Studio in Abbotsford, Australia, an inner-city suburb in Melbourne. Performing the two singles outside the space where they were recorded, the acoustic accompaniment provides an equally fitting framework for WILSN’s belted lyrics. Check it out below.
