Today, Sigur Rós announced they have a new studio album—their first one in 10 years—coming out in June. Additionally, they've shared a short series of special dates performing with a 41-piece orchestra in Europe, the UK, and North America later this year.

They'll debut these new tracks, as well as catalogue favorites, with the Wordless Music Orchestra in North America and the London Contemporary Orchestra in Europe and the UK. All orchestral dates will be conducted by Rob Ames.

The album and tour news follows their recent announcement regarding their Record Store Day re-release celebrating the 10th anniversary for their last proper album, Kveikur.
