Nearly six months after Björk released her latest album Fossora, she's sharing the video for the title track today, which was directed by herself, Viðar Logi, M/M (Paris), and Futuredeluxe. The video is an extension of the world she molded for the album and sees her perform alongside clarinet group Murmuri, as well as Kasimyn of Indonesian experimental outfit Gabber Modus Operandi. The track's title was a word that the GRAMMY-nominated artist created and "named after the feminine version of the Latin word for 'digger.'"
"There are spores everywhere," Björk sings at one point. She makes that line come to life in the video with pulsing spores taking over the background as she dances in the center of the clarinet sextet. She bounces and jumps like the blooming mushrooms behind her.
