On the heels of his most recent single “princes of melancholia”—and the larger project it appears on, the album Dark Corners and Alchemy—mehro is announcing he’ll be performing a set next week in LA at Venice’s Winston House venue on April 12. Since arriving with his debut single “perfume” in 2020, the LA-based singer-songwriter has rapidly built an engaged fan base and garnered multiple press accolades, including a "Breaking" feature in FLOOD's "Los Angeles Issue." He also performed a striking rendition of his single "howling" for our "Neighborhoods" series in 2021.
Presented by FLOOD, the event kicks off at 8 p.m. local time, with doors opening at 7. mehro will be performing tracks from the new LP slowly teased over the past year while opening for Claire Rosinkranz on a sting of live dates.
Tickets for the event are available here.
