Born and raised in New York City, singer, DJ, and bass-extraordinaire Blu DeTiger and her brother Rex—who also plays drums, writes, and produces—recently relocated to their new home in Los Angeles. It's a new world for them here, but they were quick to embrace car culture in our city.
We spent an afternoon with them, as they drove us from their home studio to grab matcha and coffee at Canyon Coffee in Echo Park, then to a private recording session at Gold Diggers Recording Studio in Hollywood, and ultimately, to her headlining show at the El Rey Theatre.
