Los Angeles band the Regrettes at the “old zoo” in Griffith Park. (L to R) bassist Brooke Dickson, lead guitarist Genessa Gariano, singer-guitarist Lydia Night, and drummer Drew Thomsen .

Earlier this year, The Regrettes gave us further joy with a deluxe reissue of their third and latest LP, 2022’s Further Joy. The LA pop-rock outfit reissued the record after a busy summer of festival appearances last year—from Coachella to Lollapalooza—with additional recordings, perhaps most notably a reverent cover of Robyn’s endlessly alluring “Dancing on My Own.”

Before the group hits the road again in June alongside Yungblud, they took a moment to record a new episode of FLOOD FM’s “Hacked,” spinning everything from peers like Remi Wolf and beabadoobee to iconic figures including Blondie and Prince, while sharing how these artists have impacted their own music. Airing every day this week—May 29 to June 2—at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., 5 p.m., and 10 p.m. PT, tune in here to listen along. You can also check out their upcoming tour itinerary on their website.
