MS MR are hosting FLOOD FM’s “Hacked” all week for what will surely be a fond farewell to the group. The pop duo, consisting of vocalist Lizzy Plapinger and producer Max Hershenow, recently announced their retirement as MS MR, releasing two new songs to commemorate the event. One of those is a sterling cover of Harvey Danger’s “Flagpole Sitta.” MS MR’s last original song is titled “Saturn Return.”
For their FLOOD FM takeover this week, the duo will be spinning tracks from Passion Pit, Gotye, HAIM, Cults, MGMT, Marina and the Diamonds, and more, along with stories and reflections on the band's influential tenure.
