Jamie xx is back with a new single entitled “It’s So Good.” Released via Young, it’s the soundtrack to the latest Chanel Coco Crush campaign which also launched globally today. “It’s So Good” is Jamie’s first new music in over a year, and follows 2022 releases “LET’S DO IT AGAIN” and “KILL DEM.”
The dancefloor epic is built around skittering synths, a sampled child’s voice exclaiming “It’s so good!,” and metallic percussion. Though the track never veers from this core set of sounds, Jamie’s ability to manipulate tension with repetition, breakdowns, and moments of catharsis is on full display.
