Vince Staples and Netflix have announced that the rapper’s forthcoming television series, The Vince Staples Show, will premiere on February 15. The five-episode season was co-created with Ian Edelman and Maurice Williams. In the trailer, Staples (playing himself in a fictionalized version of his life) walks through a world of chaos, sardonically reacting to a number of bizarre interactions like being denied food at a fast food restaurant. Rick Ross also makes a brief cameo, because why not?

The show co-stars Vanessa Bell Calloway and Andrea Ellsworth, with recurring appearances from Naté Jones, Arturo Castro, Scott MacArthur, Bryan Greenberg, and Myles Bullock. The series’ executive producers are Staples, writer/director/actor Kenya Barris, Corey Smyth, Ian Edelman, Maurice Williams, and William Stefan Smith.
