Wednesday are in the midst of a North America–spanning victory lap after the huge year they had in 2023. Following a signing to Dead Oceans with a gargantuan single, they soon released one of the best albums of the year in Rat Saw God, with guitarist MJ Lenderman wasting no time in racking up features for artists ranging from Waxahatchee to Kevin Abstract since then. Despite some technical difficulties, the band brought the heat to their Nashville show last night at Eastside Bowl where they delivered a high-energy performance conducive to an active audience and plenty of crowd surfing—even during the slower songs. In addition to playing tracks from the new record, they introduced three new songs and even dipped back into their Twin Plagues era for a fan-commissioned rendition of “How Can You Live If You Can't Love How Can You If You Do.”

Earlier in the night, Hotline TNT helped set the mood for the evening with a high-octane opening set. Check out highlights from the night in crisp black-and-white below courtesy of FLOOD photographer Skylar Watkins.
