We were first introduced to Escape Artist Lovers—Rain Phoenix's new duo with producer/songwriter Kirk Hellie—when we debuted their single "Hey Motherf*cker" last August. Now the pair are plotting a special residency at LA's Zebulon club, with a series of special guests every Monday in March. The lineup includes DJ sets from Devendra Banhart, Shepard Fairey, Allie Teilz, and the Make-Up's Ian F Svenonius, plus performances from Haunted Summer (their final show), Ane Diaz, Justin Warfield's Forever Never Changes, and musician/actress Devon Ross (who Thurston Moore just interviewed for FLOOD), among others.
