Kacey Musgraves has announced a massive tour in support of her upcoming album Deeper Well. The country icon will start in the UK and Europe with support from Madi Diaz. Kacey will then head back to North America for shows with openers including Father John Misty (advertised in some of the ugliest font you’ve ever seen), Lord Huron, and Nickel Creek.
The news arrives alongside a new single called “Too Good to Be True,” a slow-burning acoustic jam that unfurls to include grooving percussion and mournful strings. The song is about new love, with Kacey describing her perfect day: “Made some breakfast, made some love / This is what dreams are made of.” Depends on what was served for breakfast, of course. Oatmeal? No thanks.
