The annual nonprofit M3F Festival returned to Phoenix, Arizona on March 1 and 2, taking place this year at Steele Indian School Park. Aside from its scenic locale and eclectic lineup, what makes the fest truly special is that they donate 100 percent of proceeds to charity, and have raised over $5.2 million since its inception in 2004. With a focus on supporting Arizona communities, beneficiaries include Habitat for Humanity, Boys Hope Girls Hope, Arizona Helping Hands, Rosie’s House, and many more.
Photographer Amanda Karas was there this year capturing intimate backstage artist portraits for FLOOD, including Hippo Campus, Coco & Breezy, Dayglow, DRAMA, Poolside, Tim Atlas, Tommy Newport, and Valley. Check out their shots below.
