A2IM (The American Association of Independent Music, Inc.) has announced nominees for the 2024 Libera Awards, which features a whopping 36 categories highlighting independent music. If only we could get 36 people to care about independent music! Hey-o! I wonder if A2IM has a host for this yet...
Artists nominated include Killer Mike, Mitski, Caroline Polachek, L’Rain, and Wednesday. The Libera Awards will begin A2IM’s Indie Week conference on Monday, June 10, at Gotham Hall in New York City. The conference will start on June 11 and run through June 13 at the InterContinental New York Times Square. Indie Week in Times Square makes the SXSW Dorito Tent look like The Smell.
