While next October marks the 20th anniversary of the self-titled record which brought us “Let’s Make Love and Listen to Death From Above”—a hit single that outlasted the lifespan of its titular band in their first iteration—CSS themselves have reunited to celebrate two decades together as a unit after officially forming in 2003. For the first time in over a decade, all four members of the Brazilian dance-punk project will appear on the same stage as their “It’s Been a Number of Years” tour rolls through the US, UK, and Europe beginning next month.
In the meantime, the group is our latest guest host of FLOOD FM’s “Hacked,” with Lovefoxxx, Luiza Sá, Ana Rezende, and Carolina Parra each contributing a handful of tunes to the playlist. Featuring new tracks from Kim Gordon and Jane Weaver, classic cuts from L7, Hole, and Patti Smith, and plenty in between, you can check out the full episode every day this week—April 22 to 26—at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., 5 p.m., and 10 p.m. PT only on FLOOD FM.
