Definitely Maybe Oasis

Cheerio! The good ol’ blokes Oasis will be celebrating 30 years of their debut album Definitely Maybe with a definitive reissue. This new edition will feature tracks from the discarded original recording session at Monnow Valley Studios, along with outtakes from the album recorded at Sawmills Studios in Cornwall, newly mixed for the first time by Noel Gallagher and Callum Marinho. The reissue also includes a demo version of “Sad Song” that features Liam Gallagher’s vocals, which was originally released as a bonus track on the LP.

Despite the reissue, it doesn’t look like the Gallagher brothers will be reuniting for a tour, as some fans believed they might. However, Liam has shared details of a tour to celebrate the album, writing in his announcement: “The most important album of the ‘90s bar none. I wouldn’t be anywhere without it and neither would you, so let’s celebrate together LG x.” Our boy, as humble as ever.
