Today we’re kicking off our latest “Neighborhoods” subseries dedicated to performances within and around the grounds of some of the world’s most interesting music festivals with a short setlist filmed at San Luis Obispo’s indie-electronic fest Shabang. Following series spotlighting NYC’s New Colossus and Oslo’s Øya Festival, this current set of videos will see artists playing music live at Daisy Creek Golf Course on the coast of Central California at the May event that additionally featured art installations and pop-ups from renowned wineries, breweries, and local food vendors. 

Today we’re sharing the initial video from Vancouver’s Peach Pit, who perform “Give Up Baby Go” from their 2022 LP From 2 to 3 and “Hot Knifer” from its 2018 predecessor Being So Normal. Set up on the fest’s grassy fields, the group strums through both songs under a pergola donning the festival’s logo. Check it out below.
