Amy Winehouse died four years ago from alcohol-related complications, leaving behind a small but powerful body of work. While her 2003 debut Frank has been issued on vinyl in the past, the small size of those pressings has made the LP exceedingly rare, with copies currently going for $135 on music-sale site Discogs.
Now, Republic has announced that they will reissue Frank on LP for the first time since 2011, the year of Winehouse’s death. The reissue follows closely on the heels of Asif Kapadia‘s documentary Amy, which will be released on July 3.
