Last week, we launched our latest digital cover story on the UK indie-pop outfit Glass Animals, with frontman Dave Bayley filling us in on the band’s journey since we last profiled them in 2020, before their single “Heat Waves” caught fire on TikTok. Bayley discussed the out-of-body experience that comes with this new level of success, as well as how the hit influenced the writing of their latest collection of songs, I Love You So F***ing Much, for better and for worse.

Currently in the midst of their “Tour of Earth” dates—which span North America over the course of the next month before taking them to Europe and the UK in October and Australia in November—the band took a moment to record a new episode of “Hacked” for us wherein they spin a diverse set of influences ranging from Little Simz to The Zombies. The episode will air every day this week (August 19 – 23) at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., 5 p.m., and 10 p.m. PT only on FLOOD FM. Additionally, you can find all of Glass Animals’ upcoming tour dates here.
