TV on the Radio will be returning to the stage and CD racks at your local Tower Records with the 20th anniversary reissue of their debut LP Desperate Youth, Blood Thirsty Babes. The anniversary edition will arrive on November 15 with five bonus tracks, two of which were previously unreleased. The first pre-release single, “Final Fantasy,” is out now and is an early demo of what would become “Bomb Yourself.”
The group will also end a five-year performing hiatus with shows in New York, LA, and London. Sorry for you small city nerds! Hopefully they go on tour across the country, though, because the TVotR live show is one of the most magically transcendent events I’ve ever witnessed. Tickets for the shows go on sale September 12 here.
