This Friday, Decatur, Georgia quintet Lunar Vacation are releasing their follow-up to their dreamy 2021 debut, with Everything Matters, Everything’s Fire flipping the sophomore slump cliché on its head. “Our last album was super produced, manicured,” the band’s Maggie Geeslin shared leading up to the new release, which takes a more intuitive approach to the natural chemistry shared by the group of longtime friends. “This one’s organic. We embraced mistakes; it made the work even better.”

With the album’s final single “Fantasy” dropping last week, we’re getting one final final sneak peek at the record today with a solo performance of the yet-to-be-released Everything Matters cut “Erase All the B’s.” For “Neighborhoods,” Lunar Vacation’s Gep Repasky strums through the track on acoustic guitar on her porch in the band’s hometown of Decatur with plenty of greenery visible behind her. Check out the footage below, and pre-order the record via Keeled Scales here.
