The opportunity to witness Air live is already a rare treat (it’s been over seven years since the iconic French duo last played dates in the US), so the announcement back in March that they would be performing their classic debut album Moon Safari in full for a series of North American tour dates had fans rejoicing.
Air’s Moon Safari 25th Anniversary Tour finally landed in the US on Friday night at Benaroya Hall, home of the Seattle Symphony, with the band performing all 10 tracks from the album, along with seven nuggets from across their discography (including “Cherry Blossom Girl,” “Don’t Be Light,” and “High School Lover” from the Virgin Suicides soundtrack).
