SXSW has announced the latest batch of artists slated to join the festivities down in Austin next year. The 39th iteration of the music portion of the event is set for March 10 – 15 in the Texas capitol. The new set of draws is led by jasmine.4.t, Big Freedia, Freak Slug, and HEAL, while other newly revealed attendees include Tamanaramen, The Dream Syndicate’s Steve Wynn, Polo Perks, FearDorian, Fashion Club, Her New Knife, Sex Week, Sierra Spirit, The OBGMs, Open Head, Mint Field, Knitting, Total Fucking Darkness, and plenty more.
“The SXSW Music Festival lineup provides a unique opportunity to discover artists from around the world,” said James Minor, VP of the event’s music festivities. “The magic comes from a diverse and carefully-curated program that’s designed to help you find your next favorite act. For our second reveal, we continue down that path with an abundance of inspiring musicians who will be heading to Austin next March.”
