Stockholm’s favorite sons (and those most likely to end up in your spam filter) Viagra Boys are back with a new single and news of a new album. The group is set to release their fourth LP, Viagr Aboys, on April 25 via their own newly formed Shrimptech Enterprises (“Shrimptech” has to be something inappropriate, right?). The dance-y post-punk cut shuffles along with scraggly guitar riffs, distorted bass, and a diamond-sharp drum line. There is a Chandler Bing reference, too, FYI.
Sebastian Murphy is at his most relatable when he sings: “I hate almost everything that I see, and I just wanna disappear.” He also doesn’t wanna pay for anything, which...get in line, pal. Check out the video for “Man Made of Meat” below, and pre-order Viagr Aboys here.
