JBL is the official audio sponsor at SXSW this year, and along with sponsoring Rolling Stone’s Future of Music evening showcases, they’ll also be taking over 3TEN at Austin City Limits Live with the JBL Sound Bodega—an immersive, Austin-inspired corner store experience featuring live music, giveaways, and interactive sound installations. Today, the full performance lineup for the Bodega was unveiled, and it’s stacked.
The festivities kick off on Tuesday, March 11 with an opening night party with the inimitable DJ Pee .Wee (a.k.a. Anderson .Paak) and a DJ set from emerging R&B artist Laila!. Then, on Wednesday and Thursday, they have a full slate of programming on deck from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. each day, including rousing NYC indie trio Sunflower Bean, classically-trained "piano house" star LP Giobbi, guitar phenom Grace Bowers, Australian electro-pop party-starters Confidence Man, Liberia-born Afro-Appalachian folk artist Mon Rovîa, Latin star NSQK, Tulsa-based songwriter Sierra Spirit, Mexico-based folk artist Damaris Bojor, songwriter Jess Meilman, and Austin’s own Mobley.
